Note

• In order to give a presentation at the ACRI 2023, you must register for the congress no later than February 28(JST).

• Student must complete and provide proof of enrollment (download here ), signed by a department head. Please email your completed document to the secretariat acri2023@convex.co.jp.

  Exceptions for Student category

  • Students who are physicians and/or graduate students having a source of income through medical activities (including part-time jobs) must register as Delegate.
  • Students who are presenting an abstract must register as Delegate.

Method of Payment

Registration fee must be paid in Japanese yen using a valid credit card online. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB. Please note that after your registration payment, your credit card statement will show the transaction listed as “Proactive Inc.”, which is the agent handling the registration system for this congress.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations　

Any cancellations and cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress secretariat.

• Refunds will be made if written notice of cancellation is received by the secretariat no later than noon, March 24 (Fri), 2023 (JST).
• A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making refund.
• Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received on or after
  March 24 (Fri), 2023 (JST) or for no shows.
• All refund procedures will be made by the secretariat via the online registration system after the congress.

For countries/regions that are not exempt, you need a Visa to enter Japan. You may apply for a Short-Term Stay Visa for the purpose of attending a congress. You would need the following documents:

• Visa application form
• Travel itinerary
• Letter of guarantee
• Invitation letter

We can provide Documents 3 and 4. Please send the necessary information below to acri2023@convex.co.jp.

• Copy of your passport
• Personal information (Full name, Occupation, Title, DOB)
• Travel itinerary
• Congress registration ID

Entering Japan

1. For participants who are entering Japan from China
starting January 12, 2023

Temporary measures will apply to

• all those who have stayed in China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) within 7days of the arrival date.
• all those who are entering Japan via a direct flight from China (including Macau, excluding Hong Kong).

2. For participants arriving from other countries and areas

Submission of a valid vaccination certificate of Covid-19 (at least three doses) is required. However, if you do not have a valid vaccination certificate, a pre-departure test (PCR) within 72 hours prior to departure from your country/region will be required.

3. For every participant from overseas

Please pre-register and upload the following items via “Visit Japan Web” , an online service for Quarantine, Immigration and Customs procedures:
- Vaccination certificate
- PCR test result
